Dear Marketer,
My name is Natalie Frank, I am completing my thesis for an MBA at the WITS Business School, Johannesburg. As part of my research I am conducting a survey which will evaluate marketing practioners’ opinions on how they choose to focus on building Brand Equity and Customer Equity in South African organizations.
I have compiled a short questionnaire comprising of 10 questions for this purpose. I would like to invite marketers who are responsible for the marketing investment decisions in the organization to participate in the survey. I would be grateful if I could arrange a half an hour interview to hear your views on the topic. In the event that I am not able to come in and see you or if you prefer, an online survey has been set up as an alternative option which should take about 20 minutes to complete.
